The reference boat

"The sailor wishing to travel far fills the jib and the main sail... "
To illustrate this type of representation, we propose building a boat to symbolise your type of diet.

For that, you need to enter the number of times you eat a few foods or groups of food.

BE CAREFUL : it is not a nutritional or diet survey but a representation of the quality of consumer habits used as an illustration:
  • a genuine food survey would require a much more detailed questionnaire;

  • the number of times you eat each food category is multiplied by an average portion, not necessarily corresponding to your case.

For each category of food, enter the number of times you eat it ("your consumption" column), then click on "Sail away".
