How Accor Services Luncheon Vouchers work

1. Your organisation purchases Luncheon Vouchers

  • To get started, organisations create an account with us – it’s a quick and easy process. From then on, you can either order Luncheon Vouchers from us whenever you need them or automatically receive a chosen quantity each month. To set up your account or order vouchers simply contact our helpdesk on 0845 3304433 or orders-uk-vbr@edenred.com. You can also contact us online or download an order form from our website.
  • Vouchers are available in a range of denominations up to £5 – so you can decide exactly how much you want to give each employee. Vouchers are supplied in books, either of single denomination or mixed denomination.
  • Payment for Luncheon Vouchers can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Direct Debit, BACS, CHAPS or cheque. When purchasing Luncheon Vouchers, organisations pay a small service charge towards the cost of operating the scheme.
  • Remember, Luncheon Vouchers are NIC and tax exempt up to £36 a year.

2. Users spend their Luncheon Vouchers

  • You can distribute Luncheon Vouchers to users however you choose – such as in employees’ regular paypackets. Then users have the freedom to spend the vouchers in any of over 33,000 food outlets nationwide – anywhere that displays the Luncheon Vouchers sticker.
  • Employees can use any combination of voucher values to make a payment. No change is given if the purchase is less than the value of the Luncheon Vouchers used. Employees can also use cash to top up the value of the vouchers.

3. Food outlets redeem Luncheon Vouchers

  • Participating food outlets collect Luncheon Vouchers as they are spent and return them to us – redeeming the vouchers in exchange for their monetary value.
  • And that’s it! There’s no time-consuming and expensive admin for organisations, dealing with expense claims and receipts. Luncheon Vouchers take the hassle out of providing employee lunches.
